• Ensuring a clear understanding of customer information technology and business objectives
• Understanding project budgets and providing consultant resources in line with budget guidelines
• Presenting available project or individual technical staff with the correct level of expertise
• Obtaining customer agreement that assigned Envision Technology Resources staff are the appropriate consultants for the requirement prior to starting any engagement
• Monitoring staff performance on an on-going basis with the customer over the course of the engagement

Envision Technology Resources seeks to recruit and retain consulting personnel highly experienced in their respective disciplines. We also seek consultants who understand the role and objectives of contract consultants on assigned engagements. Envision Technology Resources generally assigns consulting staff to customer projects or staffing requirements with a minimum of four years of professional experience. Typically, we recruit consultants with technical certifications in their respective technical disciplines where applicable.
